As you know, this deodorization equipment is a device that resolves everything to CO2 and H2O by processing the exhaust gas including an organic solvent by high temperature, and discharges by high-temperature into the atmosphere.
Therefore, by using this high temperature rejection heat, a necessary heat transfer medium ( steam,hot water, thermo-oil etc) can be made as dryer's heat source by arranging the heat exchanger.
The heat source in the dryer is no necessity at all.

Kind of deodorizing equipment

Adsorption system
Method of passing the exhaust gas through activated carbon, an absorb impurities other than air, and remove.
Strengths   :   The running cost is few. Device is easy and is simplicity.
Limitations :   There is a limit in adsorption.
                The material which was not able to be adsorbed are discharge into
                the atomosphere. And so it is inefficient.
                The activated carbon passing section are stopped up.

Catalyst system
Gas combustion processing by heat transfer medium which used heavy metal.
Strengths  :    The running cost is few.
Limitations:    It is necessary to exchange the catalyst bodies once every several
                years. And catalyst body is expensive.
                Longevity is shortened with the tar adhesion & the catalytic
                 poison, and the exchange frequency changes.
                The deodorization efficiency decreases extremely as the catalyst
                deteriorates, and high deodorization efficiency can not be
                maintained at any time.

Thermal oxidization system        (We will recommend this system)
High temperature heat-treatment by kerosene, heavy-oil or gas combustion. Strengths  :    The treatment temperature is a high temperature, and the
                deodorization efficiency is high.
                All exhaust gas (The low-temperature gas also) can be processed.
                A part of the exhaust gas might be made a fuel, and the fuel
                consumption can be decreased.
                Exhaust gas can be made the heat source (Hot air, steam or thermo-
                oil etc) by heat exchanging processed.
                It is possible heat source such as dryer etc to recycle.
                A high effect of the deodorization (Over 99%) is alwaysachieved.

Limitations:    A lot of fuels are necessary at the start of the deodorization
                equipment. It is not done every day as start/stop, and continuous
                operating is recommended at the cycle about once a week.

Re-generative thermal oxidization system
Gas combustion processing by used canisters.
Strengths  :    The treatment temperature is a high temperature, and the
                deodorization efficiency is high.
                The running cost is few because of the self-sustaining combustion
                 by canisters.
Limitations:    The effect of the deodorization might fall when there is a material
                that adhere to canisters.
                The deodorization efficiency is inferior to 95-98% than thermal
                oxidization method. (TO system)
                The pulse is caused on the dryer side because the damper switch is                 necessary.


Remarks :
Measurement investigation and numerical calculation for a kind of exhaust gas, each exhaust quantity of equipment, wind of quantity of exhaust fan, temperature etc. are necessary to planning the deodorization equipment. To plan the deodorization equipment

The kind of solvent and density etc contained in the gas exhausted from dryer are different.
The solvent contained in exhaust gas becomes a calorie, and contributes to the fuel reduction if the high temperature oxidation heat is resolved by the deodorization equipment.
Exhaust gas makes to the harmless gas, and discharges the atmosphere.
The heat exchanger is set up for the fuel cost reduction, and the fuel is reduced as much as possible.
The fuel can plan any heavy oil, kerosene, propane-gas and natural gas etc.
Both thermal oxidization (TO) and re-generative thermal oxidization (RTO) are planned.
The heat of the exhaust gas of the deodorization equipment is collected, and it is used as a necessary heat source in a dry process.

The heat recovery can collect the steam, thermo-oil and hot air etc.
