[ Single shaft fixed type ]

If the machine is not stopped, the following new material can not be installed at unwinder unit. The loss of material is generated.





[ Twin turret type ]

Both the splice press unit and accumulator are used, and so it is possible to change the material in a continuous operating.
There is no problem when jointed part of material pass over the coating unit, because the special passing mechanism is attached.
When a defective material is detected, it is possible to change a new at once.
Moreover, in case of tripul turret unwinder, lead material(cheap base material) can be installed, and then material guiding is done in a continuous driving even machine not stopped.
               
The loss of the material decreases !!
Control of labor cost by work are decreased !!
The small lot production is also possible !!

A new coating with high accuracy can not done.
Mixing of dust by open-coater.

It can be coating till present so far, and can be select to new coating system.
No useless resin at the coating when you use die system because to prepare necessary amount of coating resin for prior.
A highly accuracy thin coating is possible by the combination of precise die coater and precise pump.
The resin doesn't touch air because from the tank to die is the sealed structure and neither mixing dust nor occur the resin condition.
The intermitten coating and both side off-set coating are possible.
