. * Introduction of special nozzle IThis special nozzle have been used as dryer's hot air nozzle to Shinetec's impregnating machine in order to produce for insulation board and decorative board, also to film coating machine etc. Composition and air flow It is composed by these parts of upper nozzle plate, inside nozzle plate, outside nozzle plate, edge nozzle plate and nozzle partition plate etc. There are numberless round nozzles at surface of nozzle plate, therefore it can be floated the material by means of blowing air. We have two (2) kind of slit nozzle, and we select to each type of nozzle according to the conditions of air volume of materials and drying etc. Dimension of nozzle width direction in machine is wide width of over +300 mm ~400 mm against max. treatment material width. The pass partition is set up in the nozzle in direction of width, and a uniform hot air is supplied to the whole nozzle width.
